Being a member of an organisation or club, is GOOD FOR YOU for a number of reasons, and our Mental Health & Wellbeing Groups are a perfect place to start!
Being part of a group, brings together like-minded people, you develop friendships, you can learn from others and share your experiences to help those in the group, you can get support when you need it and provide support to others.
Our Mental Health & Wellbeing Groups, held throughout Lanarkshire in local community venues, are a place where
you will:
- Have the opportunity to meet like-minded people from your local community
- Find out about local services and support
- Meet like-minded people interested in mental health and wellbeing
- Be listened to and supported with empathy and compassion
- Be part of the discussions to improve mental health services throughout Lanarkshire
- Receive a short holistic therapy
- Take part in some wellbeing activities
